The seventh edition of T20 World Cup which will held in 2020, postponed due to covid-19 pandemic. ICC announced new dates for the competition and hosting of the international tournament change from Australia to UAE and Oman. Now, it’s reported that Australia will host T20 World Cup 8th edition held next year. There will be 16 teams that will participate in this year competition.
ICC T20 World Cup 2021 Prize Money : There are different reports circulating about the T20 world cup 2021 prize money, some reports claimed that winning team will earn $2 million and runner-up received $1 million. While most of these leaked reports claimed that $3.5 million distributed among the winning team and runner-up share ($1.5 million).
ICC T20 World Cup Fixtures There will be 42 matches played among 16 teams, there will be two groups consist of 8 teams each. Round 1 will include 12 matches between 8 teams from which four teams progress to next round (Super 12’s). The super 12 schedule began from 24th October and it will consist of 30 matches between round 1 progress teams and eight top ranked t20 teams in 2021.
